AUGUSTO BARRANCO
CONCEPTUAL DESIGN & ART DIRECTION
INCEPTION - Illustration
Some of my favorite times are on set. For this particular production I was asked to do various sketches of the final winter maze location for set dressing. In a limited amount of time I was asked to produce as many drawings as possible to fill the scene with development sketches and studies, which can be seen in the screen graps above.

In the first Art Department I worked in, I was asked to create art work that would be used for set decoration in conjunction with the work done by the graphic designer and art director. Many fictitious video games were created that needed art work, and I was ready for the task.
On my first feature film, I worked one on one with director Jason Matzner to develop storyboards for a few scenes in his feature film debut.
